If cancelled or modified with more than 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.                       2. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show with less than 30 days, the total price of the reservation will be charged.                               Non-refundable rate based on Flexible rate - 10%                                                                                                                                                           Cancellation policy The total amount of the booking will be charged on booking date with non-refundable and non-amendable.                                   Security Depsoit on arrival Security deposit of 500 USD or 15,000 THB is required on arrival Deposit will be collected as a cash or credit card. Deposit will be refunded on check out, subject to an inspection of the property.                                                   Others :  Pets are not allowed Parties/Events are not allowed.                                                                                                                                             Long Term Rentals (over 3 months) – A security deposit equivalent to one month rent will be required. Two further payments of one month rent will be required. Horizon villa will always hold one month in hand and this will be used for the final month payment only. Monthly payments should be made within 7 days of due date, or could result in termination of electricity to property and notice of eviction. If in the case that the rental agreement is broken, the one month in hand payment will be forfeited. The security deposit minus any damages will be returned on checkout. A deposit of one month rent will be required to reserve the villa for those booking more than one month in advance. Usual reservation fee terms apply.
