• Rates include welcome drink, welcome fruit basket, WiFi, daily breakfast and services by villa team including villa manager, housekeeper, chef & handyman.

Chef Service

• Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
• Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
• Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.
• Please take note that advance booking for chef service is required and it is subject to availability of chef.

Airport Transfers Inclusion

• Airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast.
• Additional baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.
• Babysitting service may be arranged on an hourly, daily or weekly rate through Concierge. Booking in advance is required.
• Pool fences are available on request at extra cost.
• Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bed is available at USD 50 per person per night. Only 4 additional beds are available.
• Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the Property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorized in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement. Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only. Pets are not allowed.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by the Owner.
• Early arrivals or late departure times are subject to the availability of the Property and may incur additional charges.

• Check - in Time: From 10:00 a.m. and onwards - 50% of the nightly rate
• Before 10:00 a.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
• Check - out Time: Until 6:00 p.m. - 50% of the nightly rate
• After 6:00 p.m. - 100% of the nightly rate
