CANCELLATION CONDITION; These condition apply if flights are cancelled and/or Thailand imposes travel restriction from the country of residence ( travel warnings from the country of residence do not apply ). For all season, all payment (s) received will be credited for 12 month of the original check-in date. Early departure, immediately on arrival or late during the dates of stay for the above reasons, will also be considered for credit. Credit will be applied to the amount paid during the reservation. A supplement night apply if future stay is during a higher - priced season. This policy is applicable for any stay up until June 30th 2021.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           WEDDINGS AND PRIVATE PARTIES (maximum 100 guests) -No Venue premium fee up to 18 guests for event s for one villa booking or 26 guests when both villas are booked. - From the minimum guests and up , a Venue premium fee of USD 1,500 is applicable (subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT). - Events premium is due upon balance payment of accommodation. - Minimum number of nights at full occupancy rate as per season's schedule is required. - Fees are for 24hours and additional event premium may be applicable for subsequent parties. - A refundable damage deposit of US$ 3,500 (THB100,000) is required to cover any potential damage, payable on site. - A cleaning fee of up to US$350 may be charged on site to the Guests in case the service of a professional cleaning company is required.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               PAYMENT OF BOOKINGS - Intermediate + High + Prime Seasons: 30% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. - Christmas/New Year Season: 50% on confirmation date with balance due 30 days prior to arrival. - For booking within 30 days of arrival, full payment due upon confirmation. - Villa Mia provides an insurance cover for 3rd party damages of up to 10M THB. Guests are required to have private medical insurance and travel insurance for any booking.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY In line with our Corporate responsibility, we reserve the sole and exclusive right to request any guest to vacate a property in case:                                                                                                                                                                                                                   1- male or female joiners are invited over to the property, as non registered guests.                                                                                                         2- any illegal activities with under age individuals are witnessed (guests would be summoned to the local police)                                                           3- Any other illegal or inappropriate behaviour, with in the private boundaries of the property ( use of drugs, pornographic movies or photographs, sexual  trafficking....) will be reported to the police and use of the Property will be terminated, with on re fund.                                                               4- no refund would be applicable.
