Extra bed : Extra beds are not available at this property. This property is
designed to comfortably sleep 14 adults and 4 kids. Additional
guests are unfortunately not allowed.

Child policy: Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing
bedding with parents.

Baby cot / High Chair : A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and
additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day

Living areas : The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is
conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans
and a covered sitting area by the pool.

Entertainment : High-speed WiFi throughout and a dedicated media room equipped
with a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. There’s
also a pool table on the ground floor, along with a selection of books
and board games. Kayaks, paddle boards, six bicycles, and swimming
pool toys are available for guests’ use.

Dining : The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian
cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests
can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast,
lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef
shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates:
grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is
to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to
3%). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The
list can be provided in advance.

Spa & Fitness : Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are
available upon request (extra charge).

Transport : A driver and car rental service is available upon request (extra
charge). One-way or return airport transfer service is available upon request
at THB 1,500 nett per van per way and can seat 7 pax with luggages.

Other facilities : The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal
adapter.
