Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

• Pre-arrival shopping and chef or in-villa shopping service are available at 20% of grocery cost + VAT as handling fee.
• An additional kitchen hand is required if either one of the following conditions apply: (i) The number of staying adults in the villa is 14 persons or more; (ii) The number of staying guests including children in the villa is 18 persons or more.
• Meals will be served buffet-style or in two sittings as required. If a la carte style is preferred, an additional chef may be required.
• An additional kitchen hand costs THB 1,000++ per day whereas an additional chef costs THB 2,500++ per day. Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.

Airport Transfers Inclusion

• If the number of guests is 8 persons or less, the rates include 1 x round trip airport transfer (1 van only for each way).
• If the number of guests is 9 persons or above, the rates include 1 x round trip airport transfer (2 vans only for each way).
• Different pick up times can be accommodated.
• Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Bedding Preference

• Bedding may be flexible in the accommodation but varies bedroom to bedroom.
• Bedding will be arranged in the standard bedding configuration unless specified otherwise in writing to joy@hoferconsult.com at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

• Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast.
• Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• A baby cot and high chair is available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.
• Babysitting service may be arranged at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Booking in advance with a minimum of 4 hours prior is required.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3 pm
• Check-out: 11 am
• Early arrival and late departure will depend on availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure, charges may apply.

Insurance

• It is a condition of the booking that the entire party must arrange its own comprehensive travel insurance cover (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage). Neither we nor any staff are responsible for any and all claims, including any accidents related to the use of the Villa facilities or locally procured third party services such as, watercraft, water sports, jeep or motorbike rental etc.
• As deposits and rental payments are strictly NON refundable after a reservation has been confirmed, we highly recommend that insurance cover purchased by the individual making the booking “the booking party” should be an all inclusive travel insurance which covers all your expenses (villa payments) if you have to cancel your journey last minute, for any reason
• Neither we nor any staff shall be responsible for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events outside our control such as civil disturbances, fires, floods, severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government etc.
