Daily continental breakfast is included, and the services of a private chef, villa manager and concierge, as well as airport transfers are something we can arrange for you.Baan Leelawadee is one of the eight properties of a secured gated community, Dhevatara Residence. Five villas on the beach and there are 3 sea view villas (with three levels) at the back. The villas are laid-out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfillment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront.

Note: Baan Leelawadee has recently undergone a refurbishment to make the villa more friendly to handicapped people with the installment of stainless steel steps for the pool. This makes it the perfect villa for multi-generational travellers and families.
• Living & Dining Areas: Open-plan living area with air conditioning; Dining area with wooden table and chairs facing the kitchen with counter top; Outdoor sala with sunbeds; Indoor dining area can sit up to 15 persons.
• Dining: A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request.
• Entertainment: Apple TV in living area; Smart TV (Master bedroom only); TV & Satellite TV (available in all rooms); DVD Player; SONOS sound system can connect to mobile phone via Bluetooth; Outdoor speakers (outdoor sala only).
• Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
• Water Activities: 2 kayaks (1x double seat and 1x single seat) available for guests to use. Please note that these 2 kayaks are shared by all the villas within the estate.
• Other Facilities: Universal Adapter; Barbeque (only one barbeque set and shared between all the villas at Dhevatara Residence); CCTV.
