High season minimum night stay is 2 nights. Peak season minimum night artsy is 7 nights.

Security deposit : 500 USD$ in cash only must be paid on arrival and will be returned on checkout subject to the villa inspection at the end of the rental. The booking where the registered guests are under 21 years old a security deposit of 30,000 THB or 1000 USD is required along with prior notification before booking. If notification of ages is not made then Horizon Villas retains the right to cancel the booking at check in with No refund.

*Electric and Water is charged on  monthly booking.

Cancellation policy  If cancelled or modified with more than 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show with less than 30 days. the total price of the reservation will be charged.                         Cancellation policy The total amount of the booking will be charged on booking date with non-refundable and non-amendable.                                 Included in the rate: Every 3 days cleaning service after check in, allotted linen and towels, call out service to repair any equipment problems, 7% vat and 10% service charge, inform check-in and check out, daily continental breakfast.                                                                                                 Optional full breakfast with private chef at 500 THB/ person.
