Terms and Conditions
The above prices quoted are for 10 guests and proposed navigation Zone for day trip.
Extra guest up to 20 will comprise at additional charge of 2,000 THB each.
Cruising to further destinations will comprise an additional charge*
The rates are inclusive of 7% VAT and Government Taxes.
Payment Terms
50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation.
50% non-refundable remaining payment 30 days prior departure date.
Booking within 30 days from departure date = 100% non-refundable pre-payment.
Cancellation Policy
In the event ResortLife Yacht Charter considers the weather condition to be unsafe or other adverse conditions to be encountered, Resortlife yacht charter reserves the right to cancel the trip and propose a change of departure date or in exceptional events a refund of the trip.
In case of force majeure, ResortLife Yacht Charter cannot be held responsible and therefore advises the Charterer to take on a personal insurance to cover for these events.
In the event of any delay or cancellation that occurs after the charter has started, the Charterer shall be entitled to receive part of the charter fee in reimbursement calculated on a pro-rated basis within the limit of such delays or cancellation
Safety
Your safety is our priority. Following Rules apply:
Life Jackets: Resortlife Yacht Charter will provide enough lifejackets for all the Charterers registered on the booking form.
Fire Extinguishers: there are fire extinguisher on board to be used in emergency only, and customers are requested not to tamper with these.
Life Raft: a dinghy is provided on board to be used as life raft under the command of the Captain.
First Aid: A standard first aid kit is provided on board.
Water sports: Resortlife Yacht Charter shall not take any responsibility in any water sports activity including
but not limited to swimming, snorkeling, inflatable tracting devices, fishing, etc. The Charterers may engage in those activities solely at their own risk.
Unsafe weather condition: ResortLife Yacht Charter reserves the right to cancel or make amendments to departure times, dates, itineraries, or any other relevant detail of the charter in the event that it is reasonably deemed that the weather is unsafe for the charter or other adverse condition may present an unsafe environment for the charter.
Authority and responsibility : ResortLife Yacht Charter reserves the right for its captain, crew and hostess to have full authority to carry out any amendments to the charter considered to be in the interest of safety when the following events or behavior is displayed, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, illegal substances or actions, excessive intoxication, personal health/medical issues, endangering the safety of others or the yacht, as well as any other reasonable circumstances.
Passenger health and medical conditions: It is the responsibility of the CHARTERER to inform a member of ResortLife Yacht Charter before a booking is made, of any personal health issues, allergies, pregnancy, and other medical/health related conditions. These details should be included in the charter booking form. Furthermore, ResortLife Yacht Charter reserves the right to decline bookings made by the Charterer or decline entry on board the vessel, where the company deems that their health conditions is inappropriate for the charter.
Illegal Substances:
Charterers shall not bring onto the boat any substances, weapons or any other item that may be considered illegal under the Thai law. If the Thai law is violated, Resortlife Yacht Charter shall return the boat to shore immediately where the authority will take custody of the offender and no refund shall be claimed.
Boat usage
In addition to the terms of usage stipulated herewith, usage of the vessel, including all details regarding number of people, shall be exactly as filled in the Booking Form only.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in any interior space on board the yacht. Violation will result in an immediate termination of the cruise for safety concerns. Whilst smoking outside, the Charterer is requested to take maximum care with the hot cigarette, ashes and the decks of the yacht, using only the ashtrays. Any occurred damage will be charged to Charterer.
Liability
Resortlife Yacht Charter shall ensure that the vessel is insured against all customary risks for a yacht of her size and type. Under normal circumstances, the charterer shall be liable for costs of losses as may be incurred for repairing damage caused by the charterer or his/her guests (intentionally or otherwise) to the vessel or any third party on each separate accident or occurrence. Such damage includes but is not limited to doings which may be deemed to have caused damages to the vessel, its captain and crew as well as for loss of belongings and other reasonable damage. Such compensation and expenses that may be applicable to the Charterer shall be paid for in full no later than 7 days after Resortlife Yacht Charter has given written notification to the Charterer to the contact details contained in the Booking Form, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the two parties. Failure to do so will constitute offence that Resortlife Boat Charter shall reserve the right to justify in the law courts of Thailand.
