TERM OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• Reservation must be guaranteed by a 50% prepayment at the time of booking.
The rest 50% amount must be pay in 30 day before arrival date otherwise the booking will be cancelled. • 100% prepayment at the time of booking for Peak Season (26Dec - 07Jan).
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
Unless agreed otherwise by the Lessor, check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm. Early arrival or late departure will depend upon availability of the villa.
The late check out fee is US$300.00 until 6pm. After 6:00pm, the full daily rate is applicable.
Rate are per night in USD$ and starting from.
• The reservation prepayment is a non-refundable deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT is require at USD$ 1,000. The purpose of the security deposit is to cover the cost of any damage to the villa or its contents caused by negligence or misconduct. Guests are responsible for payment of any damages incurred even if they are in excess of the security deposit. This deposit shall be returned to the guest in cash at the time of departure, less any such costs.
