In the centre is a large infinity pool with swim up bar where you can soak away the hours gazing out to sea. Decking either side offers fantastic space for outdoor dining or sun seeking on the loungers.

With air conditioning throughout the villa, accommodation comprises of 6 large bedrooms on the upper level off a long walkway. 4 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and 2 bedrooms share a large adjoining bathroom. The master bedroom has an additional office area with leather desk and a large bath tub, shower and twin basins in the bathroom. 5 of the bedrooms, including the master, are at the front of the property and have magnificent ocean views and terrace area overlooking the pool and garden. A large living room with TV and comfy sofas situated on the middle level, as well as a guest bathroom with toilet and basin, a large open plan dining area with a long table and chairs seats up to 12 guests and a kitchen area lies at the end with maids’ quarters and utility room. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors offer stunning views over the ocean throughout the property and bring a welcome sea breeze. On the lower level in the gardens is an entertainment room equipped with large projector screen and foosball game while on the other side is an air-conditioned mirrored gym complete with cardio equipment and weights.

There are two major marinas nearby, Yacht Haven and AoPo Grand Marina with bars and restaurants, ideal for fishing trips, sight-seeing cruises and sea canoes exploring the impressive caves of Phang Nga Bay. Speedboats will whisk you away to the beautiful Phi Phi islands or the famed James Bond Island or simply relax and enjoy a leisurely Junk Boat trip with a sumptuous buffet lunch. For the more adventurous you can enjoy a fun filled combination of ATV and whitewater rafting, with jungle treks and waterfalls.
