Standard rate You will be charged 30% of the total price for confirmed the booking and 70% will be charged 30 days before date of arrival.

Long Term Rentals (over 3 months ) – A security deposit equivalent to one month rent will be required. Two further payments of one month rent will be required. Horizon villa will always hold one month in hand and this will be used for the final month payment only. Monthly payments should be made within 7 days of due date, or could result in termination of electricity to property and notice of eviction. If in the case that the rental agreement is broken, the one month in hand payment will be forfeited. The security deposit minus any damages will be returned on checkout.

A deposit of one month rent will be required to reserve the villa for those booking more than one month in advance.
