Property Description
Villa Siam Noi is an extremely private villa, located just inside the estate entrance, and only a 450m walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. A large wooden entrance door leads you onto a spacious walled terrace that boasts a 60 sqM pool set in a tropical garden. All three air-conditioned bedrooms lead on to the large pool terrace where you can take a midnight dip without disturbing your other guests. Two of the bedrooms adjoin the living room whereas the third bedroom is separate. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the master bedroom having a bath as well as a shower. The large living and dining area provides plenty of space with the full kitchen located at the back behind the island bar. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, oven and microwave and all crockery and cutlery required for cooking. There is a small laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board.
Relax on the comfortable sofas in front of the TV, with SKY TV, or bring some of your favourite movies and use the DVD player. Outside there is also a Sala where you can enjoy poolside dining, with a cooling breeze from the ocean passing through. We have a gas BBQ for you to use to cook up your favourites should you wish to use it.
The pool is large and cleaned regularly – however please note it is deep around 5’5” throughout.
Our villa is not overlooked and we have recently installed two beautiful sun decks, one with a bar table and chairs to enjoy a cocktail whilst looking over to the private island of Cape Fahn

Cancellation policy                                                                                                        1. If cancelled or modified with more than 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.            2. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show with less than 30 days, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Others : Pets are not allowed Parties/Events are not allowed.                                                                       Long Term Rentals (over 3 months) – A security deposit equivalent to one month rent will be required. Two further payments of one month rent will be required. Horizon villa will always hold one month in hand and this will be used for the final month payment only. Monthly payments should be made within 7 days of due date, or could result in termination of electricity to property and notice of eviction. If in the case that the rental agreement is broken, the one month in hand payment will be forfeited. The security deposit minus any damages will be returned on checkout. A deposit of one month rent will be required to reserve the villa for those booking more than one month in advance. Usual reservation fee terms apply.
